Training camp for children up to 14 years of age, Russe 2010
       On 09.10.2010 in Russe took place a training camp for children up to 14 years of age, in which took part competitors of SC "Russe" Russe, KBI "Bushido" Nesebar and SC "Kyokushin" Shumen.
        The training sessions were held twice a day under the leadership of the coach for the national team sensei Hristo Terziev - IIIrd dan and sensei Rumen Kalinov - IIIrd dan, and were focused on kumite. They stressed on endurance training, combinations and sparring meant to improve the technique of the young karatekas.
       This event was a part of the competitors' preparation for the upcoming in October Regional competition, which will be held in Tzarev Brod on 16.10.2010 and the Bulgaria cup for children up to 10 and up to 14 years of age, which will be held in Russe on 30.10.2010.

Traditional training camp, Kotel 2010
Shumenska zaria 15.09.2010
       Seven competitors of SC "Kyokushin" - Shumen and three of SC "Kyokushin" Novi Pazar took part in the Bulgarian Karate-do Kyokushin Federation's traditional training camp for juniors and kadets, which was held from 09.09.2010 to 12.09.2010 in Kotel.
       The training sessions were lead by the instructors of the national team sensei Hristo Terziev - III dan and sensei Tihomir Totev - III dan and were focused on kumite. They concentrated on endurance training, combinations and sparing, dedicated to the technical improvement of the young karatekas. This event was part of the preparation of the competitors for the umpcoming ROMANIAN OPEN - EUROPEAN CUP in October, which will take place in Arad, Romania.

The traditional technique-focused summer camp, Primorsko 2010
        From 06.07.2010 to 11.07.2010 in Primorsko was held the traditional technique-focused summer camp in Shinkyokushin karate. In this event of the Bulgarian Karate-do Kyokushin Federation took part karatekas from the whole country.
       The camp was lead by shihan Iasuharu Fudjihara - VI dan from Japan, senpai Marius Ilas - II dan from Romania, sensei Valeri Dimitrov - III dan /eight-time european champion and two-time world champion/ and sensei Dimitar Popov - III dan /five-time european champion/.
The training sessions were held twice a day in a very friendly atmosphere and all of the participants could reach the mastery of some of the biggest names in Shinkyokushin karate. The competitors of SC "Kyokushin" Shumen came home enriched with many new friends and strong impressions.

     Only a week before the summer camp took place an examination for a higher level of techinque /kyu/ in Shumen. Through this difficult test went over a hundred karatekas from the clubs in the towns of Shumen and Novi Pazar. The exam consisted of the three basic components of Shinkyokushin karate - kihon, kata, kumite, as well as an incredibly hard physical test. All of the participants passed, showing great technical growth, strong fighting spirit and excellent condition.
From SC "Kyokushin" a total of 76 people moved on to a higher level. The examination was lead by sensei Tihomir Totev - III dan, senpai Daniel Dimitrov - II dan, senpai Stoian Obretenov - II dan and senpai Ivan Besus, I dan.
